Ishmeet is as deserving as anybody else. He has a very unique voice ideal for romantic songs. He hung-in there inspite of a lot of undeserving ridicule from some of the mentors. Congratulations Ishmeet.

Harshit deserved to win, this is what most people said. And so did the mentors. This is not what is expected of the MENTORS!!! they are to guide Ishmeet to his best to make him as capable of winning as Harshit. The attitude of the mentors was disgusting at times (namely Abhijit, Adesh and Lalit). Alka tried to balance herself on most ocassions. Jatin was gracefully balanced in expressing his opinions. He has emerged as the winner too.

Ishmeet won because of his personality, apart from his wonderfully original voice. Neutral voters too were pushed towards Ishmeet by the biased attitude of 3/4 mentors. Abhijit's body language was despicable even when Ishmeet sang brilliantly.

Since such shows hold up india to the outside world, Gajendra Singh needs to choose his mentors very carefully. Having said all this, still I would congratulate GS in producing India's best reality show to date.

ishmeet deserved to win. i think ishmeet was being exploited by the judges on the communal bases. the way harshit sang on grand finale was disgusting and he deserved to loose

The remark "the way harshit sang on grand finale was disgusting and he deserved to loose" is out of place and shows the narrowmindedness of the writer. I think majority of the public would agree with me that Harshit's performance was excellent even in the grand finale.

People commenting in favor of Harshit should remember the competition's winner was decided on votes. When a common man votes for a politician, does he consider his credentials, or is it a WAVE??? Same goes TRUE here. Ishmeet was suave, had good stage presence, reasonably good singing, very charming countenance, positive body language, and was openly chastised by the judges who blatantly favored Harshit. All these factors contributed to Ishmeet winning. Taking self-driven factors aside, one can safely conclude that Harshit lost because the judges sided with him.

There is no doubt that Ishmeet is a good singer but Toshi and Harshit was better than Ishmeet the only thing is we should not live these kind of important decission on public votes because those who dose not know what is the meaning of singing they will votes anybody and in this case the right candidate gets out and that is what it happen with Toshi, and all other good singer got out and those who came from the big state they entered into final even though there voice is good but Toshi was the one who had to win this competition so please it is our humble reuqest don't depend on the Public votes these kind of decission turns the person like drastically and these all result should come from the directors and signer who has spent there life in these music and singing industries.

But the real candidate was Thoshi...

Everyone knows that between Harshit & Ishmeet,Harshit was definitely more talented & deserved to win. However the agni & prithvi fights between the judges ont the show left dynamic singers like Abhaas & Toshi beind. I think its high time as SENSIBLE 21st century citizens that we encourage talent without being biased with REGIONAL & religious sentiments.

May Ishmeet's soul rest in peace. I can neither share nor lessen nor even understand the pain of his family n frnds but at least sympathise with them.

I can never expect that Vaheguruji can be so cruel to a person who was a real gem even on humanitarian ground. So cool , honest, humble , & above all malodious singer was he. Oh!! May Babaji console his parents ! I pay my humble condolance to the family.

It is sad when a truly gifted and unique human being leaves us. Above all things, Ishmeet was a humble, soft, caring and a loving person. Even when this 18 year old had to face unnecessary haterd and criticism from those mentors who were "SUPPOSED" to inspire him, he remained calm, while aching secretly in his heart.
IT WAS THAT MOMENT WHEN I DECIDED HE DESERVED MY VOTE, EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT PUNJABI. HE DESERVED IT BECAUSE HE WAS AN INPIRATIONAL TIDE OF SERENITY- A GEM OF A HUMAN BEING.
At the end of the day, we will never be able to replace such a soulful and respectable budding man. A huge loss for the entire nation because we lack the kind of compassion Ishmeet's heart had. God bless his soul.
